To my valued clients,

I am writing to advise you that after 36 years as a general practitioner at Main Street Medical Centre, I will be retiring on the 23^rd of December 2021.

I wish to thank you for the trust you have placed in me as your GP over the years and for the opportunity for me to share a small part of your life story over that time.
