Please note online bookings can be FACE to FACE or PHONE consults

If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms or fevers, if you have tested positive for COVID or been a close contact in the last 14 days or if you have been tested for Covid and waiting on a result , please do not attend the surgery – please phone Reception on 02 6672 1200 for appointment options.



Current patients of the practice are eligible to make online appointments by registering their details via the online appointment portal.

Please enter ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ details as they appear on your Medicare card. 

    • A standard appointment booked online is 15 minutes.
    • Longer appointments (30 minutes) are allocated for a range of health issues, mental health consultations. If you are making an appointment to see the doctor about one of these health issues or if you have several things to discuss during your consult, we kindly request that you book a longer appointment.
    • Pre-employment medicals, commercial drivers licence medicals, chronic disease management plans and procedures are not able to be booked online, please phone us if you would book one of these.
    • Skin Check appointments available to book online
      Dr Hendrikse runs his clinic on a Tuesday afternoon
      Select appointment type of Skin Check and then select Skin Clinic under ‘Select Doctor’.
      Select an available date and time to book your appointment.
    • Cervical Screening Tests are available to book online.
      A Women’s Screening Clinic is run by our registered nurse on Monday afternoons from 2.30pm, for women aged between 25 and 74 years. Please note that there is a fee of $14.50 for all patients attending the Women’s Screening Clinic.Select appointment type of Cervical Screening Test and then select Women’s Screening Clinic under ‘Select Doctor’.
      Select an available date and time to book your appointment.
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment please would you cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

You can also book an appointment via the Main Street Medical Centre App.

The online booking system is not to be used to book emergency appointments.
